1. General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the y6bat platform and all its services. By registering on y6bat or using its services, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

These Terms are written in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh. y6bat is committed to providing a safe, transparent, and fair gaming environment at all times.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to open an account and use services on y6bat. If age information provided at registration is found to be false, the account will be immediately closed and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each user may hold only one account. If the same person or members of the same household operate multiple accounts, all accounts will be suspended and bonuses will be cancelled.

You must provide your full name, correct date of birth, and valid contact details at registration. y6bat may request any government-issued ID or document during identity verification.

3. Account Management

3.1 Password & Security

You are fully responsible for the security of your account. Use a strong password and never share it with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify y6bat support immediately.

3.2 Account Transfer Prohibited

Selling, transferring, or renting your y6bat account to any other person is strictly prohibited. If this occurs, both accounts will be permanently closed.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

For accounts that remain inactive for an extended period, y6bat may send an inactivity notice. Users will always be informed before any account with a balance is closed.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

y6bat processes transactions through popular mobile banking services in Bangladesh. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

4.3 Verification Requirements

y6bat may verify your identity for large withdrawal requests. This process is in place to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) policies and to protect the security of your account.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a welcome bonus of up to 150% on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500; depositing ৳22,000 gives the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳37,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. The calculation is based on the bonus amount only — not the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = ৳15,000 in bets required before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each promotion applies once only and to one account only.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
• y6bat reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the account will be investigated.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn without meeting the wagering requirements.

5.4 VIP Program

y6bat's VIP program has five levels, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Moving up to a higher level depends on your consistency of play and active participation on the platform.

6. Gameplay Policy

6.1 Fair Play Policy

y6bat is committed to ensuring fair play. All games are operated by reliable technology and results are entirely random. The use of any fraudulent methods is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

• Colluding with other players
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities for an advantage

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical error, y6bat will review the game state. For verified errors, the bet amount will be refunded. y6bat's decision is final.

• If the data feed is interrupted due to technical reasons

7.3 Special Conditions for Live Betting

In live betting, all bets are verified by the system before they are confirmed. Verified bets will remain valid if the internet connection is lost.
